To Hell And Back 2009 is the seventeenth cpv produced by SCAW. It is the third in the chronology. It took place on November 24, 2009 at the Wachovia Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Eight matches were contested, with one in the Preshow. Spider-Man and Homer Simpson wrestled for the SCAW Championship in a 30 Minute Iron-Man match in the main event.

Preliminary matches
Ryu Hayabusa defeated The Green Lantern, The Prince of Persia and Robin in a Four-Way Steel Cage Match by escape to retain the SCAW Zero-One Championship.
Jay & Silent Bob defeated Optimus Prime & The Gladiator to retain the SCAW Tag Team Championship. Silent Bob pinned Optimus Prime after the Silencer.
The Joker pinned Hellboy with a schoolboy.
Inuyasha defeated Ichigo Kurosaki in a 3 Stages of Hell Match. Inuyasha made Ichigo submit to a Boston Crab within a minute to win a Submission Match. Inuyasha then pinned Ichigo after an elbow drop from a ladder through a table to win a Falls Count Anywhere Match. Yusuke Urameshi, Kazuma Kuwabara and Edward Elric attacked Inuyasha.
David Beckham and Kobe Bryant insulted Philadelphia. He-Man attacked them both.
Another "He is coming" promo is shown.
Batman pinned Iron Man after the Bat Breaker to win the SCAW Internet Championship. Batman became SCAW's first Grand Slam champion.
Captain America announced that Inuyasha and Ichigo will face off in a Last Man Standing Match at Superstar Clash 50. Darth Vader challenged Captain America for his General Manager position.
Santa Claus pinned Guile after the F-Yule. Harry Potter attacked Guile.
Main event
Spider-Man defeated Homer Simpson in a 30 Minute Ironman Match with a final score of 7-6 to retain the SCAW Championship. Spider-Man pinned Homer after the Five Star Spider Splash at nine seconds.
