Spring Showdown 2017 was the 66th CPV mega event produced by SCAW. It was the 8th in the chronology. It took place from the Wells Fargo Arena in Des Moines, Iowa on June 23, 2017.
The card was comprised of ten matches (including one on the preshow). Superman, Thor, and Dante wrestled in a Triple Threat match at the main event. The winner will challenge for the SCAW Championship at the 10 Year SCAW Anniversary.

Drax the Destroyer pinned Cole MacGrath after two Destroyer Bombs.
Doctor Doom returned but he was attacked by Inuyasha.
Preliminary matches[]
Ryu Hayabusa, Mr. Clean, Liu Kang, King, Kenshin Himura and Yusuke Urameshi competed for the vacant SCAW Zero-One Championship in the Ultimate Zero-One match. Kenshin was close to getting the belt but King threw a ladder at him. Ryu Hayabusa grabbed the Zero-One Championship to win it for the third time. After the match, Liu Kang and Mr. Clean took out Yusuke by a crossbody dive through the commentary table and Mr. Clean hitting a Cleaning Press off the top of a ladder.
Jin Kazama pinned Deadpool after hitting him with a steel chair to win the SCAW Internet Championship.
Ichigo Kurosaki pinned The Prince of Persia after the Soul Reaper to retain the SCAW Legends Championship.
Captain America and Iron Man confronted each other in the ring. Then they brawled onto each other until Captain America made Iron Man tap out to the Ankle Lock at ringside. They will face each other again at the 10 Year SCAW Anniversary.
Chun-Li & Lara Croft wrestled against Ukyo Kuonji & Shampoo in a tag team match. Shampoo pinned Chun-Li after a Running Kick to the Head.
Spider-Man pinned Tommy Vercetti after the Five Star Spider Splash.
A promo was shown of Doctor Strange.
Edward Elric made Albert Wesker submit with a Cross Armbreaker. Elric was applauded by Hellboy.
Batman pinned Shazam after the Bat Bottom to retain the SCAW Championship.
Jin Kazama was interviewed by Kevin Smith.
Avril Lavigne and Amy Lee wrestled in a Full Metal Mayhem Match. Avril pinned Amy Lee after the Chick Kick.
Main event[]
Superman, Thor and Dante wrestled in a Triple Threat match. The winner will challenge for the SCAW Championship at the 10 Year SCAW Anniversary. Superman pinned Thor after the S-5.
