Dark December 2008 was the 11th cpv mega event produced by SCAW. It was the second in the chronology. It took place on December 21, 2008 from the US Airways Center in Phoenix, Arizona.
The card was comprised of eight matches (including one on the Preshow). Homer Simpson and Spider-Man wrestled for the SCAW Championship in the Hell in a Cell match at the main event.

Gladiator pinned Rhino after the Maximus Decimator.
Preliminary matches[]
The NODQ World Order (Jack Sparrow & Mr. Clean) wrestled against Johnny Cage & Apocalypse in a tag team match. The Hulk accompanied Jack Sparrow & Mr. Clean but he was attacked as the match began by Hellboy. Johnny Cage pinned Jack Sparrow after the Shadow Kick.
Darth Vader and Guile wrestled. M. Bison brought a steel chair but Guile hit him with it. Guile pinned Darth Vader after a DDT on the chair.
Robin, Green Lantern and The Joker wrestled for the SCAW Zero-One Championship in a Triple Threat Match. The Joker pinned Green Lantern after the Why So Serious to win his second Zero-One Championship. Green Lantern and Robin then celebrated to assure everyone that they are still friends.
Iron Man and Ichigo Kurosaki wrestled in an Iron-Man match for the SCAW Internet Championship. It was a draw so it was sent to overtime by Abraham Lincoln. Iron Man pinned Ichigo after the Steam Roller to retain the Internet Championship.
The Prince of Persia and Shaquille O'Neal came into blows in the ring. David Beckham & Kobe Bryant attacked Shaq but they were in turn attacked by XXX (Vin Diesel & Ice Cube).
Superman and Zod wrestled in an Extreme Rules Match. Superman pinned Zod after the S-5.
Captain America pinned Santa Claus with a small package. Santa Claus attacked Captain America. He was in turn attacked by Inuyasha.

Homer Simpson and Spider-Man wrestled for the SCAW Championship in the Hell in a Cell Match. Homer pinned Spider-Man after the Simpson Stunner to retain the SCAW Championship.
