Spring Showdown 2012 was the 35th cpv mega event produced by SCAW. It was the 5th in the chronology. It took place on April 15, 2012 from the American Airlines Arena in Miami, Florida.
The card was comprised of eight matches. The Joker and Anakin wrestled for the SCAW Championship at the main event. The special referee was Robin.

Preshow[]
Dante insulted South Beach, so Jack Sparrow attacked him and stole the SCAW Zero-One Championship belt. For the first time, there was no match on the preshow.
Preliminary matches[]
Edward Elric defended the SCAW Internet Championship against Captain Marvel, M. Bison and Lance Burton in a Fatal 4-Way Match. Elric pinned Lance Burton after the Sudden Alchemy to retain the Internet Championship. M. Bison Jackhammered Captain Marvel through an announce table after the match.
Anakin starts attacking the Fearsome 4 and he begins with Doctor Doom in the parking lot.
Inuyasha pinned Ghost Rider after a hitting him with a ring bell.
Homer Simpson was interviewed by Gene Simmons.
Magneto pinned King after the Shockwave.
Anakin next attacked M. Bison backstage.
Chuck Norris pinned Homer Simpson after the Chuck Norris Kick. Chuck Norris was confronted by Spider-Man.
Fred Durst interviewed Ichigo Kurosaki, who disparaged the impending return of Captain America (whom he injured at Spring Showdown 2011).
Gladiator & The Prince of Persia defended the SCAW Tag Team Championship against Mr. Clean & Jean-Luc Picard. Gladiator pinned Mr. Clean after the Maximus Decimator to retain the Tag Team Championship.
Anakin attacked Magneto backstage.
Superman pinned Batman with a Jackknife Rollup.
The Joker was assured by The Terminator that he will not be attacked by Anakin until their match.
Avril Lavigne defended the SCAW Women's Championship against Lara Croft, Danica Patrick, Amy Lee and Rayne in a 5-Way Gauntlet match.
- Amy Lee (#1) pinned Rayne (#2) with a small package.
- Danica (#3) pinned Amy Lee after the Overdrive.
- Lara Croft (#4) pinned Danica after a Stratusphere.
- Lara Croft pinned Avril (#5) after the Tomb Raider Driver to win the Women's Championship.
Fred Durst interviewed Iron Man.
Main event[]
The Joker and Anakin wrestled for the SCAW Championship. The special referee was Robin. Anakin attacked Robin. In anger, Robin turned his back and let The Joker Irish whip Anakin into an exposed turnbuckle. The Joker pinned Anakin after the Why So Serious to retain the SCAW Championship.
