Blood, Sweat & Tears IV was the 24th cpv mega event produced by SCAW. It was the 4th in the chronology. It took place on October 10, 2010 from the Rogers Centre in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, making this the first SCAW mega event to take place outside the United States.
The card was comprised of 15 matches (including two on the Preshow). Green Lantern and Spider-Man wrestled for the SCAW Championship at the main event.

The Oddities (Freakazoid & The Thing) wrestled against Ivan Drago & Zod in a tag team match. Zod pinned The Thing after a headbutt to the back of the head.
War Machine pinned Captain Marvel after the Mortar Slam.

Harry Potter and He-Man wrestled for the SCAW Internet Championship. He-Man hit Potter with the championship. He-Man pinned Potter after the He-Manator Slam to win the Internet Championship.
Hellboy & Santa Claus wrestled against The Holy Straight Edge Society in a 5-on-2 Gauntlet Match.
- Santa Claus pinned Brother Jackson after a Jingle Bell Drop
- Santa Claus pinned Brother Vincent after a Slam to Hell from Hellboy.
- Hellboy pinned Brother Jay after a Doomstone piledriver.
- Santa Claus pinned Brother Robert.
- Hellboy pinned Lord And Savior after a Doomstone. Hellboy then sent him to hell.
Mick Thomson and Leatherface wrestled in a Hardcore Match. Mick Thomson pinned Leatherface on the announce table after the Black Hole Slam.
Michael Jordan was interviewed by Fred Durst and they were joined by Steve Nash.
A promo for Jean-Luc Picard was shown.
Optimus Maximus (Gladiator & Optimus Prime) defended the SCAW Tag Team Championship against Jack Sparrow & The Joker. The Joker pinned Gladiator after a hard Irish whip onto an exposed turnbuckle to win the Tag Team Championship. Gladiator and Optimus Prime turned against each other but Optimus Prime left Gladiator battered in the ring.
The Prince of Persia defended the SCAW Zero-One Championship against Ryu Hayabusa, White Ranger, Mr. Clean, Yusuke Urameshi, and Spock in an Ultimate Zero-One Match. The Prince of Persia punched Spock from the ladder then grabbed the Zero-One Championship to retain. This is The Prince of Persia's only BS&T victory.
Harry Potter was attacked backstage by Anakin.
Hollywood (Kobe Bryant & David Beckham) came out to insult Canada but Steve Nash & Wolverine confronted them and it turned into a tag team match. Steve Nash pinned Kobe after the Game Winner. Kobe was then given a 5 Knuckle Shuffle by Sandman.
Superman pinned Iron Man after the Speeding Bullet.
Shaquille O'Neal pinned LeBron James after the Shaq Knife Powerbomb. LeBron James was taunted by Mr. T.
The Prince of Persia was found attacked backstage (presumably by Anakin) by Abraham Lincoln.
Guile, Captain America & Ghost Rider wrestled against Animation Evolution (Ichigo Kurosaki, Kazuma Kuwabara & Edward Elric) in a 3-on-3 Elimination Tag Team Match. (This match is unavailable for viewing so only two eliminations are remembered)
- Ghost Rider made Ichigo submit with Hell's Gate.
- Elric pinned Ghost Rider after the Sudden Alchemy. Elric was the sole survivor.
Robin pinned Homer Simpson with a Crucifix. Homer continued his assault afterwards.
Anakin and Abraham Lincoln wrestled in a Street Fight. Lincoln appointed Max Payne as the guest referee but Anakin attacked him. Anakin was attacked by Sub-Zero. Anakin pinned Lincoln after the Death Star Driver.
Avril Lavigne and Amy Lee argued then brawled backstage. This was the beginning of the women's division.
Inuyasha pinned Doctor Doom after a DDT onto a steel chair. Inuyasha was double teamed by Doctor Doom and Venom. Optimus Prime showed up but attacked Inuyasha too, revealing that he has turned heel.

Green Lantern pinned Spider-Man after three Green Lights to retain the SCAW Championship.
