Blood, Sweat & Tears VI was the sixth CAW wrestling click-per-view event of its name produced by SCAW. It was aired on November 21, 2012 from the LP Field in Memphis, Tennessee.
Fourteen matches were contested (one was in the Preshow and one was added in the event). Captain America and The Prince of Persia wrestled for the SCAW Championship in the main event.

Liu Kang pinned Sub-Zero after a Kang Kick. Max Payne made a random appearance.
Yusuke Urameshi confronted Arnold Schwarzenegger and got his ass kicked.
Fred Durst interviewed Inuyasha. Kent Brockman interviewed Guile.
Preliminary matches
The White Ranger defeated Magneto, Dante, Jean-Luc Picard, Ryu Hayabusa and King to win an Ultimate Zero-One Match and the SCAW Zero-One Championship.
The Hulk & Thor defeated Captain Marvel & He-Man to win the SCAW Tag Team Championship when The Hulk pinned Captain Marvel after a Big Splash.
Doctor Doom refused to wrestle Optimus Prime who he said was not worth his time so he sent Piccolo instead. Optimus Prime pinned Piccolo after a Prime Line.
Doctor Doom blindsided Optimus Prime and decided to have the match there. Optimus Prime pinned Doctor Doom after an Optimus Splash.
A promo for Red Hood was shown.
Edward Elric made The Gladiator submit to the Soul Binding to win a Submission Match and retain the SCAW Internet Championship.
Batman & Robin defeated The Joker & M. Bison when Robin made Bison submit to the Crossface. Batman & Robin continued their attack after the match.
Homer Simpson pinned Ghost Rider with a Springfield Splash to win the Hell in a Cell Match.
Chuck Norris pinned Guile with a small package to win a 20 Man Gauntlet for the Gold for the unclaimed SCAW Legends Championship.
Gene Simmons walked in on White Ranger and Picard's dance off.
Hellboy pinned Abraham Lincoln after a Doomstone.
The Green Lantern pinned Anakin after a Cross Body Splash. Anakin continued his attack after the match.
Spider-Man pinned Superman after a Five Star Spider Splash.
Avril Lavigne refused to join Jay, Silent Bob and Mick Thomson's band so they got Chewbacca instead.
Lara Croft defeated Danica Patrick and Amy Lee in a Triple Threat Match for the SCAW Women's Championship by pinning Danica with a small package.
Main event
Captain America made The Prince of Persia submit by countering a Greetings from Persia into the Ankle Lock to retain the SCAW Championship.
